Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. The service
Clustrip is a digital travel consultant: it generates personalized itinerary proposals with artificial intelligence, combined with optimization algorithms, historical data and verified routes. Proposals are suggestions, not bookings: no travel service is purchased through Clustrip.
The text of the itineraries — stop descriptions, tips, budget notes — is generated by an artificial intelligence system built on a model from Anthropic. Clustrip offers it under its own name and, under art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), tells you so: every itinerary carries the visible label “Generated with AI” and a machine-readable marking. Artificial intelligence can get things wrong: section 2 below always applies.
Itineraries and site pages may offer links to travel and shopping partners (for example Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Amazon, Klook, Tiqets, Yesim, Saily, Welcome Pickups, NordVPN, Heymondo), partly through affiliate programs, plus the link to Airbnb — which is not an affiliation — and plain reference links (for example Google Maps, Tabelog, Yelp, TripAdvisor). Any booking or purchase takes place on the partner's site and under its terms: Clustrip is not a party to that contract.
2. Nature of the information
Times, prices, travel durations and availability shown in itineraries are estimates based on historical data and may change. The final decision on every stop, booking or transfer rests solely with the user, who must verify the information before departure. Clustrip is not liable for changes, closures or inaccuracies of suggested places.
3. Account
Registration happens via Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the activity carried out with it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Minimum age: to create an account and use Clustrip you must be at least 14 years old. Below the age of 14, access to artificial intelligence technologies and the processing of personal data require the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility (art. 4 of Italian Law no. 132 of 23 September 2025, and art. 8 GDPR, which Italy sets at 14). If we learn that an account was opened below that age without that consent, we close it and delete the data.
4. Plans and payments
Nothing is paid on Clustrip today and no card is ever requested: the Free plan is free of charge, with the limitations shown on the Pricing page, and the only paid plan displayed is Premium (yearly), which cannot be purchased yet. No payment is requested or charged. Once payments go live, these terms will be updated with the subscription, renewal and cancellation conditions.
Under digital-content regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right will apply unless you request immediate performance of the service.
5. Donations
From the Supporters page you can offer us a donation through Ko-fi. It is a voluntary gesture, not a purchase: it grants no extra features, it is not a subscription and it does not renew by itself. Payment happens entirely on Ko-fi and under its terms: we neither see nor store your card details.
As it is a free gift, no refund is provided by us; if something went wrong, though, write to us through the Contact form and we will talk it through. If you want to appear on the supporters wall under your nickname you have to ask: by default the entry stays anonymous.
6. Sharing itineraries
If you have an account you can create a share link for an itinerary you saved. That link is public to anyone holding it: whoever receives it can open it without registering and can forward it in turn. You decide who to give it to, and you are responsible for what that link shows once it leaves your hands. You can revoke it whenever you like from your profile: from that moment the old address shows nothing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not: resell the service, perform systematic scraping, attempt to bypass plan limits, or submit unlawful content in edit requests.
In rating notes we ask you not to write other people's personal data or abusive content: we read them to improve the service and we may remove any that break this rule.
8. Intellectual property
Clustrip's trademark, name, logo, interface, texts and code are the property of Andrea Battiato, the owner of Clustrip. Generated itineraries are yours: you may use them freely for personal purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence remain competent.
